PIN (Personal Identification Number)
Access to your account is protected by your PIN. A PIN is needed to renew material online and to
place holds. Getting your PIN is easy!
1. Visit the library or phone 519-886-1310 ext. 110 Main
or 519-885-1920 McCormick. Have your library card
ready as you will be asked for your barcode.
2. Choose your numeric PIN.
3. Our staff enter your PIN on the system.
System Maintenance
WPL's catalogue may not be available on Mondays from 8:00am to 9:00am for scheduled maintenance. Your library card account may not be available from 11:00pm - 11:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 6:00pm - 6:30pm Friday to Sunday.
